Our turnkey service manages the entire process from start to finish, including planning, permitting, site coordination, modular home delivery, assembly, and completion. This option allows clients to move into a fully finished home with minimal involvement in the construction process.

For clients who prefer a more hands-on approach, we offer a “house-only” option. In this scenario, we supply and set the modular home while the client completes the remaining interior and/or exterior work themselves or through their own contractors. This option provides greater flexibility and potential cost savings while still benefiting from the quality and efficiency of modular construction.

We also offer new foundation services through our trusted partner, Great Lakes Superior Walls. These engineered precast foundation systems provide durable, energy-efficient, and fast installation solutions that integrate seamlessly with modular homes.
